Brand comparisons are useful only when they lead to the right model. We use pool compatibility and cleaning requirements to narrow the choice before brand preference.
Where the brands overlap—and where the choice becomes specific
Do not automatically move to either brand's most feature-heavy model. A surface-cleaning feature has no value if your skimmer already handles that job.
Compare surface-capable models directly. In our current five-product set, AquaSense 2 Pro, Sora 70 and Scuba X1 Pro Max stay relevant.
Compare published filter specifications, not brand reputation. Aiper publishes particularly explicit fine-filtration figures for the X1 Pro Max in our current set.
Compatibility comes before feature count. Model-level pool type and manufacturer-native size limits can eliminate a candidate before brand preference matters.
